Luca has been dealing with the gaming sector for over ten years, with relevant experiences in the management of the institutional relations with the Italian Gaming Authority, in the regulation concerning AWPs & VLTs gaming machines, sports betting, bingo as well as in the management of the connected administrative, civil and criminal litigations. A deep-rooted expertise in Corporate Responsibility Compliance (Legislative Decree 231/01) completes his profile as well as for what concerns the Data Protection field, in view of the fact that he has recently gained the qualification of Data Protection Officer. Furthermore, he has been also the author of several articles and has given editorial contributions, last but not least: “La disciplina dei giochi in Italia tra monopolio pubblico e mercato” Ceradi – Luiss, 2011.
Federico graduated in the spring of 2017 from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, with a thesis on criminal procedure and criminology entitled ‘Tracce elettroniche e Prova Digitale’, discussed with Prof. Carlo Taormina. His previous experience in the field of radio-television broadcasting, as well as his curiosity for a cross-cutting approach to all branches of the law lead him to collaborate with the LG Law studio where he can analyze , often within the same role, both civil law and criminal law issues, as well as administrative law topics. Complementing his profile are his motivation and the pleasure of collaborating with other team professionals, with whom he shares the spirit of innovation, constant updating and continuous professional growth.
She graduated in Law from “Università Federico II” of Naples, with a thesis in Labour Law entitled “The extrema ratio requirement in the dismissal discipline”. Driven by a curiosity and a marked interest for the gaming world, in May 2018 Claudia has started to work with LG Law, where she began to deal with civil, criminal and administrative aspects that refer to the gaming sector. Her profile is completed by her proficiency in foreign languages such as English, French and Spanish as well as by her determination and her constant will to acquire notions and to improve her skills.
He graduated in Law from “La Sapienza” – University of Rome with a European comparative thesis entitled: ”Complementary and alternative medicines: European guidelines and laws within the Italian system”, discussed with College Professors Serafino Ricci and Guido Alpa. After his working experiences in the real estate field and in the management of international customer relationship, he has been continuing his personal growth path with LG Law. His international inclination, jointly with his mother tongue knowledge of English, has driven him to strongly deepen the EU Regulations, with a special regard to the GDPR: he has started a constant learning process in the Data Protection related sector, strengthening his expertise day by day.
She graduated in Law from “La Sapienza” - University of Rome with a thesis in criminology entitled “Defensive inquiries and criminology investigation”. Right after the graduation, she started to deal with civil and labor law, while growing a peculiar interest in relation to the gaming field. Driven by her passion, she started to cooperate with LG deepening the above-mentioned subject on both the civil and the criminal side. Her profile is completed by her constant will of improving, by her proactive approach and by her predisposition to the team work.
